Healthy and tasty


My lunch today, not only tasty but healthy as well. Simmer some quinoa in vegetable stock until it is cooked. In another pan sauté some garlic, mushrooms and broccoli then add to the quinoa...voilá!

  1. Sounds good. I have been eating quinoa for a while now, new to me, and enjoying it with yoghurt. I will try it as a savoury dish in the winter. Thank you for the tip.

    1. I first ate quinoa in Peru where it is often served in soup.
