My lunch today, not only tasty but healthy as well. Simmer some quinoa in vegetable stock until it is cooked. In another pan sauté some garlic, mushrooms and broccoli then add to the quinoa...voilá!

Originally about a long, long walk, the Camino de Santiago which I did in May 2009, walking nearly 800km. After a blogging break I am now back nattering about this and that.
Sounds good. I have been eating quinoa for a while now, new to me, and enjoying it with yoghurt. I will try it as a savoury dish in the winter. Thank you for the tip.
