Originally about a long, long walk, the Camino de Santiago which I did in May 2009, walking nearly 800km. After a blogging break I am now back nattering about this and that.

The last ball
Sadly this is my very last aniseed ball. I bought a kilo of them when I went to England last Christmas and have been eking them out over the year but all good things come to an end. I´ll have to wait for my next visit home to get another supply but even in England they are hard to find now.
Not known around here either, a shame as like you I love them...in fact I could say I´m addicted. After lunch, when I´m lying on my bed having a read before a snooze an aniseed ball is bliss!
Gosh, aniseed balls! You've taken me a long way back. I used to love those. Unfortunately aniseed is not known around here
